Every consultation begins with us placing your jewelry under our Leica microscope. The details are displayed on our 60-inch monitor so you can clearly see inclusions, prongs, and stone condition.
We take HD photos before any work begins for both your reassurance and our records. Every client visit includes complimentary cleaning and prong inspection. For even greater peace of mind, our live cameras allow clients to watch in real time as we examine and work on their jewelry. Most clients are amazed by this process because they have never experienced this level of openness before.
