How does the custom jewelry design process work?
Every custom project begins with a personal consultation where Eduardo listens to your ideas, style preferences, and budget. Using advanced 3D design technology, you’ll see your vision come to life before the piece is handcrafted entirely in-house.
Can I create my own engagement ring?
Absolutely. Eduardo specializes in one-of-a-kind engagement rings designed specifically for each client. From selecting the perfect diamond or gemstone to choosing the ideal setting, every detail is customized to your vision.
Can you redesign jewelry I already own?
Yes. If you have inherited jewelry or pieces you no longer wear, Eduardo can transform them into a beautiful new design while preserving their sentimental value whenever possible.
How long does a custom jewelry project take?
We perform ring sizing, prong retipping, stone tightening, chain and clasp repairs, polishing, soldering, engraving, refinishing, and many other repairs—all completed in-house.

Do you send jewelry to another facility for repairs?
No. Every repair and custom project is completed on-site in our workshop. Your jewelry never leaves our care, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the process.
Can you restore antique or heirloom jewelry?
Yes. Eduardo has extensive experience restoring vintage and heirloom jewelry while preserving its original character and craftsmanship whenever possible.
Can you repair jewelry purchased somewhere else?
Yes. Whether your jewelry was purchased from our studio or another jeweler, we’ll evaluate the piece and recommend the best repair solution.
How do I know my jewelry is safe during repair?
Before any work begins, we carefully examine your jewelry under a microscope, photograph it, and review its condition with you. This transparent process allows you to see exactly what we see before repairs begin.
Do you clean jewelry during repairs?
Yes. Every repair includes professional cleaning and inspection so your jewelry is returned looking its absolute best.
Do you inspect my jewelry for loose stones?
Yes. During every inspection, we check prongs, settings, and stones to ensure everything is secure before returning your jewelry.
Can you help me choose the right diamond?
Absolutely. Eduardo is a GIA Diamonds Graduate and will guide you through selecting a diamond or gemstone that matches your style, preferences, and budget.
Can I use my own diamond or gemstone?
Yes. If you already own a diamond or gemstone, we can often incorporate it into a custom design after inspecting its condition and suitability.
Do you offer jewelry appraisals?
Yes. We provide professional jewelry appraisals for insurance, estate planning, and personal records. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, especially for custom design consultations and appraisals. This allows Eduardo to dedicate uninterrupted time to your project.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring any existing jewelry, inspiration photos, sketches, or ideas you’d like to discuss. If you’re redesigning an heirloom piece, bring the original jewelry so we can evaluate its possibilities together.
How often should I have my jewelry inspected?
We recommend having frequently worn jewelry, especially engagement rings, professionally cleaned and inspected every six months to help identify loose stones or worn prongs before they become larger issues.
How should I care for my jewelry at home?
Clean your jewelry gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush when appropriate. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching, and remove jewelry before heavy physical activity or using harsh household chemicals.
